How long does dalgona last?
Our dalgonas last up to 1 month when stored in a cool, dry place. We package them in airtight sealed bags to prevent them absorbing moisture and become sticky — this is normal for sugar-based candy. We recommend keeping them in their bags until you are ready to play. Their shelf life has been lab tested, and we recommend enjoying them within the first month for the best texture and experience.
How do I choose my dalgona shapes?
Standard orders in shop features 5 classic shapes (Umbrella, Star, Heart, Circle, Triangle).
You can let us know your preferred shapes and how many for each in the “Note to seller” section at checkout.
If no preference is mentioned, even number for each of the 5 shapes will be chosen. (E.g. 2 for each of the 5 classic shapes for a 10-pack order)
For custom shapes, please email or SMS and show us an image of the shape you like to feature in the dalgonas and we will send a quote.
Are toothpicks included?
Yes. Toothpicks are included with your order, so they’re ready to play and enjoy straight away.
Are dalgonas safe to eat?
Yes. Our dalgonas are made using food-grade ingredients and prepared following food safety standards. They are intended to be eaten as a candy. As with all hard sweets, we recommend adult supervision for young children.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days
Bulk or event orders: We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for design, production, and delivery. If you have a tight deadline, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do accept international orders.
Because shipping costs, transit times, and customs requirements vary by country, international orders are handled by quote only.
